Step 1: Gather Your Tools & Safety Gear

Before starting, ensure you have the appropriate equipment and protective gear. Whether using an electric, hydraulic, or pneumatic wire saw, always adhere to job site and cutting requirements.
Items to gather include:
  • A diamond wire loop suitable for the specific material.
  • A cooling water system to mitigate heat and dust.
  • A pulley and tensioning system to guide the wire.
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety goggles, steel-toed boots, and hearing protection.
Prior to starting work, inspect your tools thoroughly. Check the wire for any damage or signs of wear and tear. Ensure the water supply is functioning properly to maintain adequate cooling of the tools.

Step 2: Preparing the Concrete for Wire Sawing
