Customer Reviews
To do the same bond as we use is very important. We did many tests at your blades And the performance is very good.

—— Remco

The cutting of the blade on concrete road was very good. Cutting life is estimated at 800 meters. Note: Client use our 14" laser saw blade.

—— Jabar

Segments from you is very good, durable and sharp. Note: Client use our 102mm-300mm diamond segments for core bits for reinforced concrete.

—— Zainul

First of all I would like to thank you for the sending the samples of the Diamond Saw Cutting Blades. We have tested it and are very much impressed.

—— Ancila

About your 200mm&250mm tuck point saw blade, we made about 11000 meters and it' s avery good indice!

—— Julia

And its good, We need more :) Saw blade 20x 600mm 20x 800mm 3x 1000mm 10x1200mm.

Wet Core Drilling Technique

A wet core drill is your best choice for deep, large-diameter holes in tough materials like reinforced concrete. The water cools the bit and minimizes dust.

Step 1: Secure Your Setup and Water Supply

Begin by anchoring your core drill rig securely to the surface using a vacuum base or anchor bolts. This stability is crucial for a clean, precise hole entry. Next, connect your water supply—either a hose connected to a tap or an integrated water pump system. Ensure the water flow is directed to the bit.

Step 2: Start Drilling with Care

Begin at a low rotation speed (RPM) to establish a clean groove and prevent surface chipping. Apply steady, moderate pressure—let the diamond bits do the work. Maintain a consistent water flow throughout the process to keep the bit cool and flush out debris.

Step 3: Extract the Core and Clean Up

Once you've drilled through the material, stop the drill and retract the bit. Use a core extractor or a small pry bar to remove the cylindrical concrete core from the barrel. Finally, rinse the hole with water to remove any remaining slurry and smooth the edges if necessary.

Dry Core Drilling Technique

Dry core drilling is ideal for shallow holes and situations where water is impractical. The main challenge is managing heat and dust.

Step 1: Preparation is Key

Select a high-torque rotary hammer drill and a sharp, dedicated dry core bit. Secure the material to prevent movement. Most importantly, connect a high-quality vacuum with a HEPA filter directly to the drill's dust port to capture dust at the source.

Step 2: Drill in Controlled Intervals

To prevent the bit from overheating, drill in short bursts of 15-20 seconds. Apply light to moderate pressure. After each burst, lift the bit slightly while the vacuum is running to clear dust from the hole. This allows the bit to cool and maintains drilling efficiency.

Step 3: Finalize the Hole

Continue the process of drilling and clearing until you reach the desired depth. Once complete, stop the drill and carefully remove the core plug. Inspect the hole for a clean, precise cut, ready for your installation.

Pro Tip for Both Methods

Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). For wet drilling, waterproof gloves and boots are recommended. For dry drilling, a tight-fitting respirator, safety glasses, and hearing protection are non-negotiable due to the high noise and dust levels.
