Application: TCT circular saw blade is designed for cutting aluminum plate/stick which the thickness less than 1/3 diameter of saw blade; and also can be used to cut plastic steel.

How to use TCT blade?

The machine must be in good conditions, free of vibrations.

The flanges used to secure the blade must be of the same diameter, at least 1/3 of the blade’s diameter

the flanges must be parallel to each other. Also check tolerances on diameters, sides, and concentricity, by using a clock gauge

The spacers must be perfectly parallel.

The spindle must be perfectly straight and with an H7 tolerance
-
After continuous use, must be removed and cleaning the saw blade, get rid of the resin and sawdust of both sides
-
Deposit of the blade, must be put it into the original package.
