The client required a heavy-duty, high-performance diamond tool specifically designed for chasing and widening cracks in cured concrete surfaces to prepare them for sealing and repair.
The Challenge: Effective Concrete Crack Repair

To repair these effectively, the cracks must be "chased"—opened up into a clean, uniform V-shaped groove. Based on the client's requirements, we manufactured a specialized batch of 115mm (4.5") V-Segment Diamond Blades (also known in the industry as Crack Chasers).
These blades feature a unique wedge-shaped segment design. Unlike standard flat blades, the V-shape segment effectively follows the random patterns of cracks while simultaneously widening the top of the crack and cleaning the edges.
